Stomach healing exercise

The best form of exercise is walking, however there is another natural exercise that you can do yourself, it is a form of self healing.
This exercise helps stomach pain, ulcers, over acidity, indigestion, and stomach cancer.
Sit in a comfortable position, preferably on a chair with your feet flat on the floor, your thighs parallel to the floor, and your spine erect and straight.
Place your left palm on the stomach area slightly to the left of the abdominal cavity.
Inhaling, slowly move the palm of your right hand away from your chest, concentrating and fixing your eyes on the tip of the fingers. As you push your right hand feel as though you are pushing a heavy weight. Exhaling slowly bring your right hand back to your chest.
Perform this in and out movement for a total of seven times.
As you move your hand away from your chest, feel the band of energy moving out of your stomach. The right hand is draining the energy. Then feel the left hand absorb new energy into the stomach. For this exercise to be effective, you must concentrate deeply on what you are doing. The exercise needs to be done many times to master it, so do not give up
