Here is a healthy tip to help you avoid cancer or even keep it under control. Patrick Holford,s Say no to cancer (Piatkus). If you have realised you need to fully educate yourself about cancer and how to avoid it, this book is a great place to start.
Another useful book is Anticancer. A new way of life, by David Servan-schreiber, (penguin). There are hundreds of books on cancer. Check on Amazon.
