Does my way of reducing cholesterol work.

I feel much better today so I think the vitamin C and Manuka honey worked. My wife found she had higher levels of bad cholesterol than normal so her GP gave her a diet sheet with the hope that she could bring down her cholesterol level naturally High cholesterol can lead to heart disease. However during the time up to her next test she has continued her same diet but added the supplement vitamin B3 (Niacin) 100mg per day. Sometimes this can give you facial flushing due to arteries being opened by the vitamin B3, however this has reduced as she has got used to taking the vitamin. So now that she has had the blood test it will be interesting to see the results as she has continued the same diet. If her high blood cholesterol has reduced then it should prove that vitamin B3 has naturally reduced the cholesterol.
Taking the vitamin B3, as I do, would be safer than having to take medication as there are lots of side effects. I will keep you up to date with what happens. Results are expected next wednesday.
