Natural protection for flu

If you are worried about the flu and have a pre-existing illness such as asthma, like me, then you should consider having the flu jab. However there are a number of other things you could do to protect yourself and others from the flu and that is, my old favorite, wash your hands. "Oh no not again"! you are saying. Yes please, after going to the toilet please wash your hands. I don't know about women but most men do wash their hands, however some don't.
Most pubs and cafe toilets are checked once an hour, and therefore could I ask owners of these places when checking the toilets please wipe the door handle with an anti-bacterial wipe, to kill the germs.
Other things you could do to protect yourself from flu is to get plenty of rest, don't get overtired. My advice also because of lack of sunshine in the winter is supplement your diet with vitamin D3, It helps the
immune system
