Boost your immune system this winter

With winter coming it may be a good idea to boost your immune system. One of the best ways is to use Manuka honey. Manuka honey is made in New zealand, and is full of natural goodness that will protect your body and boost your immune system. It can also be used as a natural antibiotic and is better than conventional antibiotics.
How to use Manuka honey. Remember you are using this honey as a natural medicine. Take 1 5mg spoon of the honey twice or three times a day but not at meal times. Allow 1 hour either side of eating or drinking to get the best results from Manuku.
I would be very interested on your comments, if you have used the Honey. As we don't get much sun this time of year it would be very good to supplement your diet with a vitamin D3, available at good health food stores. And remember wash your hands. Ha Ha!
