The media has reported that simple lifestyle changes can help people
avoid getting cancer
, that means don't smoke, weight management, avoid alcohol, and eat more fruit and veg. It seems that the vitamin B17 may help, this vitamin is found in apricots, apples and millet. You may be able to buy B17 supplements from any good health food shop such as Holland and Barrett, or on line.
Garlic is another natural remedy that has shown to prevent cancer, I take 2000mg of a garlic supplement which I am hoping will help. Try including natural yogurt into your diet to boost your immune system, all these natural products will help
