The latest help to prevent memory loss

A cocktail of vitamin B could help to stop the onset of Alzheimer's or memory loss. The breakthrough came at a research done at Oxford university. Vitamin B is known to break down homocysteine which is naturally made by the body in high amounts, so researchers decided to see if giving the vitamin to patients would improve their memory. The tablet which costs only 10p per day contained high doses of vitamin B6, B9, and B12.
